A Micro-business is the smallest of small businesses. They have less than 5 employees and are usually a partnership, sole proprietorship, or family business. Kids have extraordinary imaginations and, often, big dreams. Businesses can give kids the space to be creative innovators, and make some money. This class will introduce the students to the steps necessary to start and maintain a small business, while learning how to set goals and develop strategies

Tea Time!
During Tea Time we will read, discuss and/or write portions of our favorite chapter books, poetry, song lyrics, and quotes. Your child will also have the opportunity to recite memorized poems and quotes to share with the rest of the students. During class we will share a tea time beverage or snack. This class will help develop a life-long love of reading.
InspireCraft
InspireCraft is a private and secure Minecraft server created just for our homeschool members. Each week the kids will work on a different theme as a group. Minecraft enhances creativity, problem-solving, self-direction, collaboration, and other life skills. Everyone participating must have a laptop or an ipad. Not a Chromebook; it doesn't run Minecraft.

Spiderwick ChroniclesThe Spiderwick Chronicles is a series of children's books by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black. They chronicle the adventures of the Grace children, twins Simon and Jared and their older sister Mallory, after they move into the Spiderwick Estate and discover a world of fairies that they never knew existed. This class is going to be interactive in learning about all of the magical creatures and their abilities and interactions with each other and the humans. Enrichment Program Descriptions
Below is a list of our programs and their descriptions. Our enrichment programs are offered Monday and Tuesdays (Land O' Lakes location) and Thursdays (Wesley Chapel location) from September – May. We offer programs for ages 7+, Early Learning programs for ages 4+, and Core Credit Classes for high schoolers.
Advanced Bucket Drums (Limited to fifteen)This class will be taught with two main tools...drumsticks and buckets. You will learn how to read basic rhythm patterns, and will learn about accents, flams, cross sticking, and other rudiments to be able to improvise with all of our favorite songs and music. This class works on fine motor skills and bilateral coordination. This inclusive program is free for children with special needs.
American Girl (Limited to ten)The American Girl class is based on the American Girl books. This is a fun, hands-on, early elementary class where the kids will learn about the American Girl Doll characters, their story, and history, through arts and crafts, games, and activities.
Ancient Civilizations (Limited to fifteen)Explore the fascinating achievements of ancient civilizations and experience the various aspects of life through creative, hands-on activities. You will learn how civilizations began and grew, as well as the different aspects that make them unique, including leaders, laws, money, work, language, art, architecture, and cities.
Animal Kingdom (Limited to fifteen)There are so many living organisms on earth that we are bound to cover your favorite, and discover a few new ones. While on this journey we will create, listen, see, and discover so many amazing facts about some of the world's most unique creatures. From lions and elephants, to flies and snakes, we will discover how they all live with each other, and how some are enemies of each others!

Escape Room (Limited to fifteen)If you want to have a successful escape, you will have to find hidden clues and solve challenging puzzles throughout the room. Everything you see is a potential clue. Medieval Times (Limited to fifteen)The Middle Ages, or Medieval Times, in Europe was a long period of history from 500 AD to 1500 AD. Great leaders such as Joan of Arc and Charlemagne were part of the Middle Ages, as well as major events such as the Black Plague and the rise of Islam. We will explore weapons and warfare, literature, architecture, nations, and much more.

Stagecraft (Limited to fifteen)This course will explore the technical aspect of theatrical, film, and video production. It includes constructing and rigging scenery; hanging and focusing of lighting; design and procurement of costumes; make-up; stage management; audio engineering; and procurement of props.
